Thank God For A Servants Heart

This weekend has now pretty much come to an end and as wore out as my body is my spirit is soaring high. I had a new revelation this weekend of appreciation for those willing hearts that pour out their lives so freely to make Cobblestone the great church that it is. I have so many people to be thankful too and greatful too that this blog could go on for pages. I want to shout out a great big thank you and words of praise for all the volunteers that bless this worship pastor and the rest of our staff week in and week out. One of the things that blesses me the most is watching our volunteers serve with amazing love and joy. It isn't about an obligation or a commitment, it is about being in love with the King of kings and having a servants heart. I am surrounded by amazing people who serve the church well. Cobblestone is very blessed and we as a staff know we would never be able to pull off what we do without you faithful servants of God. There are so many behind the scenes people who I am sure get lost in the shuffle and rarely thanked but yet they keep on being faithful and they always get the job done so we can do church. I love Romans 12:1 that talks about being a living sacrifice...

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service."

So to all the volunteers that serve the church thank you over and over again and may the windows of heaven pour out blessings all over you and your families. I love you Cobblestone Volunteers - thank you for blessing my life.
