New Miracle Whip Commercial

"We will not be quiet, we will not blend in, we will not play second fiddle, we are not like the others or will ever try to be."

I rarely ever get excited about commercials, in fact the only time I even pay attention to them is on Super Bowl Sunday and that's only because it's interesting to see how companies spend millions of dollars for a few seconds of air time. But last night I was laying in bed watching tv and caught the new miracle whip commercial. I set straight up thinking wow now that's cool. Then I laid there contemplating the words and the excitement and thought that's the kind of excitement we should have as christians the kind of excitement we should have as a church. We will not be quiet, we will not blend in, we will not be like all the others. God has given us numerous scriptures that say these very things....

Isaiah 62:1 For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem's sake I will not remain quiet, till her righteousness shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch. (My blood starts pumping anytime I read Isaiah it is one of my favorite books....)
Hebrews 10:38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
Romans 1:16,17 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Numbers 23:21 21 No misfortune is seen in Jacob, no misery observed in Israel. The LORD their God is with them; the shout of the King is among them.

Read the book of Psalms and you will see this kind of passion over and over and over....God thanks for the "commercial" reminder that I should be so excited about serving you that I will be bold and not back down, I will be shouting for You and not kept silent, I will not play second fiddle but be one of the ones that will step up to the plate for YOU and for the Kingdom, and I will not be like all the others but will stand out in a crowd and long to hear others saying "I'll have what she's having!"

Go figure a miracle whip commercial ignited my flame for Jesus! He says if you seek me you will find me....guess if were hungry enough He will even show up in a commercial....

oh one last thought there are lots of people on the web bashing the new commercial - SOUND FAMILIAR!
