Feelin Valued!

"Don't cast your pearls before swine" Matthew 7:6

The people closest to you should be happy for you, they should celebrate who you are, people who are happy for you when you succeed, people who see the very best in you. If that's not whose in your inner circle you need to pull away. You can be nice from a distance but your time is too valuable to spend it with people who are not 100% for you. I'd rather have 2 friends that believe in me than 100's of people who could care less. You can't afford to have people in your life that drag you down, you need to have people around that say if you believe it I agree with you and will help you increase your faith. Even Jesus only took Peter, James, and John with him on certain task knowing they were for Him and wouldn't be critical of him. Spend your time with people who make you better.

I praise God that I'm so blessed to be surrounded by amazing people that I don't have to wonder "are they for me or against me" they build into me, and pray for me and believe in me. They don't try to manipulate me to be who they want me to be, they celebrate me and help me become who God created me to be. I'm surrounding myself with people who are not constantly taking something from me, but with people who are putting something into me.

Proverbs 27:7 "As iron sharpens iron one man sharpens another."
