SOLD!!!! Its been a long year since I passed the baton to the younger generation of worship leaders, put my house on the market, loaded up a truck and moved my family to Texas. Back and forth from Texas to Ohio working on the house...painting, fixing things, dealing with realtors, yard services, insurance agents and on and on....FINALLY...after 2 listings, 2 realtors, and a flooded basement, I got a contract and the house closed last Monday. I know everything is in God's perfect timing but my house not selling for months kept my heart strings emotionally reeled into Oxford and my pocket book empty with having two houses to attend. But, its finally over and I can have real closure. Today as my friend from Ohio sent me a video of it pouring down rain in Oxford, was the first time in over 2 years I DID NOT have to worry if the basement would flood or any other mishaps would happen to the house there. I smile as I type this blog knowing that my heart can truly move on past the life there and relish in the GOOD memories and let all the bad (and there were a few bad) fall away. I am the happiest I have been in years and I love knowing there is a God in heaven that loves me enough that He is in every detail of our lives from the smallest things to the greatest. I have to give a shout out to my realtor Jason Reynolds with Remax in Oxford, this guy deserves God to dump blessings all over him. He went above and beyond the job and he is a man of integrity. I pray God will bless his family and his business so much that he cannot deny it is from above....So as I close this blog I am reminded that there is a "time" for everything under the heaven. And even though I may not always understand God's timing I always TRUST it!!!
