I want to start this Monday morning with telling you all (CCC) how blessed I am today. Thank you for your worship yesterday it was just amazing - during How Great Is Our God I felt the presence of God move right into our auditorium...seeing the 2 crosses filled with white notes of surrender was just amazing. After we closed everything down all I could do was stand there and look at all the things that were nailed to the cross in surrender to the Savior.
I want to share with you what Bill McWhorter the representative from CDF (the company that loaned us the money to build the Loft) said about our celebrations yesterday. I feel very blessed today, because my friends, compliments, don't get much better than ones from the folks that took a risk on us Cobbleheads. I pray you all have an amazing God filled week. Hey and the sun is shining today in March in Ohio...must be because my kid is home from TEXAS for spring break :).....Let's put God first everyday I am sure we will be amazed at what can happen if we do.
Bill McWhorters comments per John Cole:
Just wanted to relay to you my conversation with, Bill McWhorter from the company that funded the money for the building (CDF)... he came up to me after the 2nd celebration to make these following comments..he and I had spoke at length when we were at TMS a while back and he made it a point to seek me out today...he thought the band sounded "awesome" and he said it was all he could do to keep from jumping up there on the vacant keyboard behind me and playing and singing along...he stated that the room and the sound system sounded "awesome!" ...he recalled our conversation regarding what we had intended to install in the Loft... he said "well you have it dialed and hapening..that's for sure"...
I thanked him and asked him what he thought of the building and everything now that it's completed..his comment, "it's just wonderful"...and his statement was "and I've seen a few buildings and sound systems."
I thought you should know of our conversation...made me feel pretty good about all the work that has gone into that wonderful place...
