BLESSED! Blessed! Blessed!

I am feeling so amazingly blessed these day. Last Sunday was my second Sunday as the new worship pastor at OCOG. I am on the journey of my life. My band broke into the chorus of Healer and soon after our Pastor is lead into a healing service right in the middle of worship. I was so excited I think I was considering dancing across the stage. Next thing I knew the altar was full of people crying out before the King for healing. Our Pastors began praying over them as the band continued with Healer and the presence of God was awesome. I left church Sunday feeling like my life was really beginning to make sense and just thanking God for new beginnings and for His love over me and for the way He is using me up for HIS Glory.

Later that day I took some of my band with me to an Ordination Service I was so blessed to lead worship at and even get to speak at for my dear friends. Once again I felt overwhelmed and so full of joy. I think my band was flawless and the power in those boys was just crazy. God is rising us up to higher heights than I believe we have ever been to. The ordination was great and one of the other speakers was a pastor from a church in Harrison and he used this scripture (below) and as he did my spirit began to jump with joy even though he was speaking over 5 pastors being ordained to the ministry God was using him to speak to me....this part of the scripture "His anointing teaches you concerning everything and is true and is no falsehood, so you must abide in (live in, never depart from) Him [being ]rooted in Him, knit to Him], just as [His anointing] has taught you [to do]." flooded my soul with a new awakening of the TRUTH of God that is in me and has guided me through this journey for the last several years. As men and women have risen up against me screaming unworthy, all along God was whispering louder than their screams WORTHY!!! and this verse was confirmation I was longing for...even though my new pastor and boss said to me weeks ago he had seen the anointing and wasn't in the least bit concerned about the turns my life had taken or the things I had been through that God was using me up for Him.

Later, as if I needed more confirmation, a preacher I had never met before came up to me and began pouring blessings on me speaking to me about my anointing and the power inside of me. I had 3 of my favorite people and friends standing behind her shaking their heads and pointing saying we've been trying to tell you. Sometimes its harder to accept from your friends cause after all as friends we are suppose to edify and build each other up. So this stranger I had never met was a clear messenger from heaven above delivering a clear message to me from my Savior.

Wednesday night I will be leading at a youth camp with Pastor Shawn in Amelia and I am stoked about this cause leading youth in worship is where I got my start many years ago. I lead my first youth band in the early 90's and was actually called into the ministry at the age of 17 at a youth camp so it will be like returning to my roots and with God's lead I plan to knock worship completely out of the park.

Saturday night UnderCover will be leading worship at a benefit for a cancer patients family in Middletown. I am so blessed to be allowed the opportunity to bless this family at this time of loss and pray to pour into them the love that the Father wants to lavish on them....

Old Dreams are being fulfilled, New Dreams are being birthed. Old chapters of pain, hurt, fatigue, discouragement and loss are being closed. And as I continue in the "anointing" that I am rooted in I am thanking my King that HE saw in me what I could never see for myself and has placed my feet on a solid rock and is using me up to bring glory and honor to HIM....

Don't ever give up or quit on God HE IS WORTHY! and He will make you worthy if you will just allow Him to be LORD!
